Any chance of getting this group up and running for 2022? I know ive been guilty of not posting in this group enough but weve got over 5000 members and it would be great to see it up and running again!

I'm currently finishing up the last vol of Attack on Titan and reading Watchmen for the first time. Looking forward to both.

Agreed, it used to be a fantastic group but we kinda ran off the rails a bit. :(

I’d like to see the group start up again too! Can we reach out to the admins to hopefully add some who might be more active?

I’ve kinda got myself full up for February, committing to reads in other groups, but I’d love to do a group read for all six volumes of Akira in March!

I would be down for that Akira group read! It’s been on my list for a while. I haven’t gotten all around to it, yet.

Cool! I’ve asked if I can be emergency airlifted in to moderate the group, since the two mods seem to be absent. I’ll update as I learn more, but at a minimum we can create a topic for discussion!

It’s been a while since I read Akira - I’ve got a few other favorite Manga I’d re-read. Then there’s From Hell and I also dig a lot of newspaper strip collections which aren’t always novel-y but are a lot of fun. This group could be pretty fun up and running!
