What was your target for last year and what’s yours for 2022 ?

Mine was 25 and I only got to 16. However, three of the novels I read were between 800 and 1100 pages. I'm trying for 25 again this year and sticking to shorter books. :)

I didn’t have a target last year and I’m only slowly trying to get back into reading more again. I have a set a goal of 10 books. Not much but it’ll be something hopefully.

Well mine started in 2020 - I had increased my goal 4x over the year , final total was 252/200 ( yep thats right ) , for 2021 I went down to 180 and managed 17/ 180 . I figure I burnt myself out -the year before, so this year I decided to do 163 - the amount I missed for 2021 . So far I have completed 12 towards this

2022 upped it to 30.

These totals are a far cry from when I was reading 100+ books a year. One thing I miss about commuting to work - audio books!

I read past my goal of 60 books last year, so this year I am aiming for over 100. But I am also planning to read a lot of manga which is why I have set the bar so high.

My target for this year is 130 books....same as last year....I did read 160 books last year but I don't want to HAVE to read that much and get stressed...so keep it a doable # for me...I would rather read over my target than under.....I want reading to always stay fun!

Last year my goal was 75 (I made it to 100 by the hair on my chinny chin chin) so I set it to 90 this year.

Last year my goal was 30 ( i read 78) this year my goal is 50.

Last year goal 30 this year 30. I have to ignore the counter since I don't count graphic, novels, manga or reference books but I have my own notebook and a list for graphic novels and manga they go in the notebook at the end of the year. So far I've read 19 books but because of the 9 graphic novels 1 manga and 1 reference book goodreads counter thinks I've read 30 books.

Last year my goal was 31 and I reached it right at the last hour before the new year ticked over haha!

This year I started at a goal of 50 and bumped it up to 60, currently at 55 and in a HUGE reading slump. I can't find anything to shake me out of it so far :(
