We *never* delete books outright if there is a merge target.
The book with the incorrect ISBN should have been merged into the imported edition with the right one (The poster was mistaken as to which edition to merge.) So now, the ISBNs should be entered into the edition that is left once it is possible.
For your request, there is something wrong with the links as they do not appear to point anywhere.
Dear Emily,I am very sorry about this and I apologize for any inconvenience. As both we are already combined and there was no other edition I thought they would merge automaticially.
Oanas' link to the first book had no ISBN or other information. It was just the same book cover and title. I will add the correct ISBN if it is missing. Again, I am sorry if I caused any inconvience.

Frank, these are not duplicates. The combine function will be down for maintenance until the 6th or 7th. It does not require a superlibrarian.
Emily - I do not understand what you mean. If they are not duplicates, what are they? Or are you observing that I used the wrong term. Nor do I understand your third sentence. What is a superlibrarian? I simply want the additional listing removed. Thanks so much
They are different formats of the same book. When the function is back, they can be combined so that only one will show on your profile.

Make a post asking for them to be combined. Use the book issues folder if this particular thread is closed.

Hello, I think the duplicate was already taken down, because though I can still see it on my author's page profile, if i want to go on it, it shows a bad link message.
