Looking for a book I read long time ago

A book, BDSM, Dark romance. involves a young ( teenager) who was rebellious, lives with her rich grand parents. There was a social even. She was in the garden singing ( you know I mean it for Jay Eazy). A guy, intimidating appeared from nowhere, he heard her singing the vulgar Lyrics and was intrigued. She was rude to him, called him names. When she went back he was introduced to her by her grand parents as family friend. He kept approaching her, went to the bathroom when she was taking a bath and acted it was just cool since they’re sharing a bathroom. He was jealous. Before a big event, he he gave her an undergarment and told her he expected her to wear it. When they all ( both his father and brothers and her grandparents) arrived to set on the table she felt the buzz in her undergarments and realized he put something there that he controlled from his seat. At the end he drove her back to the house, he offered her grandparents to take her with him to his island since they’re busy to keep am eye on her and she is a rowdy teen. He took her and there he showed her first thing about BDSM, then he took her to the club he owned. He introduced her to few friends. It seemed like each one had a separate story that really intrigued me. I hope I can find the book so I can read the series. The characters were funny and amusing

Is it possible you've confused two books? The first part of this, with the party and the girl in the garden and the strange man, sounds very much like Hangsaman by Shirley Jackson.
