GA Russell's 2022 Reading Challenge

Hi everybody!

Once again, my goal will be to qualify in the minds of the all-powerful New York publishers as an "avid reader" by reading 12 books this year.

Did I ever tell you that the CFL Rulebook is available to read at their website, cfl.ca? I don't know if it can be downloaded.

I think you did, but thanks for the reminder, it is buried underneath the Stats menu item which is not the most obvious place.

Here we are, winter is over, and I have yet to read a novel this year. I have been working through some short story omnibuses, but so far not much to post!

Hooray! I have now finished my 12th book. Thus, I have reached my goal, and am once again this year a certified avid reader.

I still haven't read a novel yet. I'll probably start one soon.

And so the year has ended. I read 51 books.

That's many more than usual, but truth be told, there were very few which might be called serious reading.

So now Sisyphus has to start over, once again pushing the boulder up to the twelve-book level!
