So… there's no audio description for movies and tv shows on Disney+Hotstar (It's a version of Disney+ for India), so I had to use a VPN and show the server that I was in US, after which I got the audio description working for the movie.
UGGGGG, horrible. There isn't mandatory audio description available in movie theatres in India either FML.
