i never ever said you should have an optimistic outlook on how things are going. im just saying humans are supposed to be the ones punished for our crimes against nature. obviously there are people like you who do what they should. but there are still most people who do whatever the fuck they want and dont do the bare minimum. with people who have attitudes like that, theres no amount of scientists and engineers that can save us, we’re on the same side there. but just keep in mind that even at this horrible stage scietists still believe its reversible, so the only thing stopping the earth from being saved is humanity itself, the very thing that caused the problem and is trying to solve it
