Quick question . . . I'm currently reading a book where a character is in a coma, and is remembering scenes from her growing up years. The book itself is set in the present day, but would those memories (specific years are mentioned) 'count' for being a sort of 'dual timeline' situation?

Yes that's fine. But just use one of the time periods.

I really liked this challenge too. I found some surprises in the volume of some time periods. Shiloh was one of my reads this year too - enjoyed it!
I loved this challenge! So interesting to see the time period various reads were set and the volume for each tracked time period. Clearly, a lot set in the 1800s!
