My Fairy Tale Princess Activity Kit, by one of the same authors, has the Jewel Biscuits.

They had a mix of different activities in them.
The princess one contained a section on using a fan to speak in code (basically to flirt). I’m pretty certain one of the fan movements meant Fy!/Fie!
There was a recipe for biscuits with shapes cut out that boiled sweets were melted in for a stained glass effect.
I’m pretty sure there were instructions on how to make a princess hat with crepe paper ribbons trailing from the top.
There may have been information about famous princesses in history though I’m not sure.
The vibe was more medieval/historical princesses rather than fairy/Disney style princesses.
I may have had a 2-in-1 edition of the book that was the princess and the witchy one.
I think there was a white background on the cover, with colour illustrations throughout. I don’t think they were very large books.
