Congratulations! I'm getting there - just need to pay more attention to which of the books I'm reading fill a category and get them posted.

Sometimes when I'm stuck on a challenge, I look at the lists of other readers in the challenge and see what they've read for the category. I've found some good books that way. Also as Sharon mentioned, the cozy mysteries have a lot of food titles.
I need an author born in May. I've googled several authors. Most of them do not list their DOB. I can't blame them.

Also you can just google "authors born in May" and get several lists.

I'm so stingy with my 5* rating as it has to be a book I'll read over. And over, and over. I wish I could say I'd read Desperation in death like that but the subject matter is so tough that I think it will only get reread in a buddy read..

You ladies forget this is the only Mystery series I read. If I do read any its a fluke. But thank you for the suggestion. I actually do read through others challenges to get ideas. But most don't read the same as me.

I had to check every Author's web page if they had any personal info that included birthdays. And then eventually just Google to get a list of authors born in my month. By accident I found one. Whew
And I just realised Sandra already said the same. But still so you know you weren't the only one struggling finding authors birthdays. Or star sign.

That could be a book from this year?
For some reason I had it in my head it had to be from the first decade of this century. (2000- 2010)
See my brain remembers last year's challenge where it was 1990s and so I was thinking this year the next decade. Funny how my mind works

Yay! I've finished the challenge! I love this as it makes me reach out to books and authors I might not have found otherwise. Looking forward to a new challenge next year.

Some of the authors are now on my 1click list.

Finally got around to reading that holiday themed book. That finishes the challenge for me!!This was another fun challenge.
