Gads this woman was egotistical. I did not like her at all, but I enjoyed the book because after awhile I found myself saying, "Of COURSE you did" and "Of COURSE you were," and "Of COURSE you knew best..." Seriously, it's hard to believe that SHE was the mover and shaker behind Churchill, but this book would have you believe it was so - at least from HER perspective!


I'm searching for my next read, and I'll see if I can find one with an H....

I finished this one in record time for its size. Easy read, but more that it was just one of those books that you lost track of time once you opened the pages. Crazy good story!
