I have no idea if it is good or not, but like you, I have to find out!
Fingers crossed!

It is kind of cheating because I started it in December but I'm counting it!
Nice list! I haven't read any of these but definitely put a few on my TBR list too, especially Face Down Upon an Herbal and Murder Makes Scents. Good luck with the challenge, looking forward to reading your reviews!

Great first book in the Cedar Bay series. Takes place in coastal Oregon, which I love! I like all the characters and the story kept me guessing.
Definite recommend.
Also...Nova, Face Down Upon an Herbal is the second in the series and it is a very fun series. The main character is way ahead of the times which puts a twist on things. Enjoy!

what do you think about reading cozies randomly within their series instead of starting withs book one? I

I think in many series it doesn't really matter, but in some it does.
I always read series in order, if for no other reason than it is easier to keep track of what I've read and what is still to read!

3. Tart of Darkness which I gave 4 stars. I liked the storyline and the characters and the twists that were tossed in.
4. An Appetite for Murder which I gave 3 stars.
It takes place in Key West which is fun, but writing was just ok.

First in a series about a family that breeds and shows Standard Poodles. I wasn't too sure through part of it, but ended up enjoying it and bought the next one in the series. Using it for my animal related category.

I gave it 4 stzrs. This is one of my favorite series. I love the cast of characters and even though far-fetched on many levels, it is still a fun read!
