Hi, they appear to be different formats. One is a Kindle, the other one an ebook edition.

It is only available in Kindle Unlimited.

There's a small chance the ebook was available elsewhere as an ARC or briefly sold through other retailers before it was enrolled into KU. Because of this uncertainty ebook and Kindle formats are almost never merged. The exception that comes to mind is if the author themselves can verify the Kindle was the only format to meet GR's critera of being published.
