Do you have an ISBN or ASIN for the book? Where will it be available?

It will be available on Amazon, Smashwords, Apple, Kobo, Barnes & Noble and Payhip but pre-orders are not up yet on any sites.
I've added that ISBN to the book record so that a duplicate does not import later. When you have an ASIN for the Kindle edition you can create another edition or let us know and we will do it.
