YA - Mystery / Adventure - Ghost siblings (Sis and Bro) "haunt" a remote mansion which is also the site of a summer camp - 4 girls come to this camp one summer - 2 of the camp girls are called Leah and Rani. The Girl ghost thinks Rani is cool and Leah is Prissy. Leah wears white t-shirts, skirts and tennis shoes. Rani ties her sweater/jacket round her waist. One of the camper girls gets hurt on her shin while running away from something in the heavy rain, but, the Girl Ghost cannot help. The book is not Horror themed even though the 2 main characters are ghosts. It is an adventure in which the ghosts want to be a part of the camp's activities but, cannot physically participate due to being ghosts. The Story is narrated through the Girl ghost's perspective as she observes everything without participating. The Boy ghost just tags along and is just generally lazy. There may even be a ghost pet dog, not sure.

This book was in circulation under Scholastic's brand name. It was a paperback and had Olive green / navy blue dark colour scheme for the front and back covers.

Read it around 1999-2005 - book was probably written in the 90s.

Please help me find this book - I am a Reader and have just these specific details etched to my memory.
