1. Genre and plot details
Adult Fantasy, reverse harem (I think in the modern era, but pretty much entirely cut off from humanity, so at the very, least not historical)

FL woke up the snow with no memories of who she was or where she was from and the vampire coven that discovered her took her in with some admittedly less than wholesome interests as a food source. She started pretty much as a captive while they made sure she wasn't sent as a spy, but it quickly progressed when feeding was pleasant for all parties and feelings began to develop. It was an adult reverse harem story, so it did have adult scenes. Things quickly evolved into a proper reverse harem romance with a side of them all trying to figure out where she came from, since she hadn't recalled any memories of her life before even several months in, and when someone dropped a hint at a work meeting (they did import/export of high-end goods like paintings) about her. Vampires were cursed beings in this story who had to do some pretty bad stuff in order to activate the curse, so they'd all killed at least one person in order to become a vampire, and their pasts were detailed to some degree, but honestly I don't remember much about them beyond that.

There were about 4-6 coven members (a pair of twins/brothers, the leader, and the one non-bloodline member are the only ones I properly remember though). I don't remember names, sorry!

They had to go due for part of their job as import/export people. This is the party at which someone dropped a hint about her being similar in power to another being, though I can't remember any details about that person (hide spoiler)]
(view spoiler)[In one scene, one of the twins sees her with a bunch of bite marks after she leaves the other twin's room and freaks out, going to confront his brother before she stops him and has to explain that it was entirely consensual and she enjoyed it (hide spoiler)]

2. I got it in paperback version at a goodwill in normal novel size (not novella size) between 4 and 6 years ago, so it was already used, but I don't know how long it was out before I got it.

I believe the cover had a platinum blonde woman with a blue silk dress (not standing with a background but like sprawled artfully on a couch or bed maybe?) but I don't remember the title, author, or much more about the story, sorry!
