I've Got Your Number question

There's this other book that this one reminded me about. It's a romance and I think it takes place in London maybe? Basically from what I can remember this woman goes to a restaurant with her sister where they don't allow cell phones in so you have to check it at the door. On her way out she crashes into this guy and they both drop their ticket, picking up each other's ticket. She runs this dog grooming business or something that's taking off and she's getting a magazine or paper feature. But I don't remember what the guy does other than he is popular/famous? Does anyone know what it is called? Please?????
