Childrens Picture Book - Bedtime but kid keeps asking for one more thing, a story, to go the bathroom, etc. From 1990s/early 2000s.

Im looking for a childrens book that is from 90s or early 00s. Its about a child (possibly animals) who keeps delaying bed time by asking for more, one more story, one more drink, ect. I used to read it to my children all the time and now my youngest is looking for a copy but I can't remember what its called.

It sounds a little like my favorite book when I was little, The I Don't Want to Go to Bed Book for Girls by Lois Wyse. The cure was a night cap with ear flaps shaped like hands to go over the girl's ears, so she wouldn't be distracted, and the book came with a nightcap you could wear (of course we lost it immediately).

It's not on Goodreads, nor can I find a copy for sale anywhere. (I added it to Goodreads myself)
