Maurizio Codogno (xmau) | 34 comments https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/9... are actually the same book ( a part of https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... , by the way).
The trouble is that the Italian book uses a different transliteration of the name of professor Yaglom. Is there a way to combine the books?

Read more in the Librarian Manual, section Authors published in multiple languages.

Could you please explain me whay should I do? I am not sure how to put a "secondary author". I fear it's something different from the other names I can add to a book, like translator, illustrator, author of foreword/afterword and the likes.

Moloch | 3975 comments No, it's the same, just add another "author" with the other spelling and don't put anything as "role" (as if the book was written by 2 authors)

Unfortunately Goodreads doesn't have a better "aka" feature to manage different spellings of names, we're forced to have 2 (or more) profiles for the same person.
