Love Love Loved this book. It was so touching in so many ways. Loved the characters.
Oh! I finished the audio book yesterday. I adored it. It was a totally random purchase made most likely because of the character named Dante (my son’s name is Dante) and a sale, I suspect. I was glad when we chose this as our group read. It was so beautiful to witness Ari’s inner life and his growth and development, discovery of himself over the course of this book. But not only did he and Dante grow, also their parents developed during the events.
I loved the boys’ relationships to their parents they seemed so real. And lovely.
I picked up the newly released
and am going to read it over winter break.
