Hi there, I have started writing the third book in this series and thought I should probably start chasing some reviews. This first book covers the basics of spiritual health, cleansing, and the grounding of one's energies. It is a bit of a wake-up call for some, an eye-opener for others, and a very basic user manual for our human beings for the remainder.
