[what they look for in a roommate:] Alaric is looking for someone who doesn't mind the many mirrors he had up on his side of room or in his room/apartment complex. Having them up is part of trying to get over a fear of his. He is a kid, so he is messy when it comes to his room, but he does keep the bathroom and kitchen clean as he has back at home. He doesn't care for rowdy people, but don't let that stop you. He's just slow to warm up to others.

And to melt into the shadows, traveling extremely quickly through patches of darkness, and reappearing at will. Each time the user melts into shadow, however, they lose a tiny piece of themselves. A memory, a personality trait... At some point, they will simply cease to exist. They will disappear, forever lost in the inky darkness that they spent so much time in.
[what they look for in a roommate] Possibly someone she wouldn't get along with very well? Who she could occasionally fight with to blow off steam. But also someone who won't sweat the small stuff. Any gender.
