Shana Capozza (shanarai) | 6 comments Hello,
This book was canceled before it ever came out. I'm a librarian, but I cannot delete this listing because it has "too many reviews", but galleys were never sent. It was canceled b efore we had a manuscript. The author is very upset with us that it's still listed on Goodreads. Can you please help me take it down?
Thank you,
Shana

Scott | 9010 comments Since it has an ISBN, the author will have to contact support.

Emily | 17601 comments The author says in the book discussion area that it has been published from another press. Do you have the information from that book, like the title or ISBN, so someone can merge it with that one?
We can go ahead and combine it and the author can refer it to Support for a merge (deletion).
(It is not your fault.)
EDIT: Just let the author know that it can be merged with the new book and he can contact Support. It has to come from him anyway.

Hi Shana,

Your request has been answered, but I wanted to pass along some information for the next time you get an author request like this.

If a book was never published and never will be published, librarians are not allowed to remove it. The author needs to contact support, as the librarians explained above. Read more about this policy here.
