I run a book review blog (https://redpennreviews.wordpress.com) and review for a distributor of "real" publishers.
I also review for authors who have self published and have asked for a review.
I do not review to conform to any concept of an author's marketing plan, so will tell it like it is - warts and all, if there are typos, factual errors, poor grammar or punctuation - or a just-plain-ol'-bad writing.
BUT if you are confident with your title, I will review it for you and post the review here. If I Really like it, I'll post it to My blog, and then add a Public Tweet and Facebook link to the review which will include any "Buy-links" you provide. (I will not post a review at your sales channel.)

I prefer a .pdf or a kindle file - but only send me a .pdf if the eBook version is exactly the same.

I have a four-day turn-around - business days, that is. If a (NZ) weekend cuts in there, then the time is longer.

Thank you for reading so far already.

I would be happy to have you review my crime thriller, "LAST STRAW: Vengeance is not only the Province of the Lord", warts and all, if you enjoy this genre. The PDF version is exactly the same as the eBooks available on Amazon, iBooks, and Barnes Noble. Please email me at fatshot@charter.net if you would like to R & R it. You can look it up here on Goodreads and see a preview.

Best regards,

David Rheem Jarrett

I love poetry. I've just downloaded the Kindle version and see your work is a helluva lot more serious than jingles! Good, solid reading and thinking. I'm going to enjoy this!

David, how urgent is this request?

I had little idea of the power of the Goodreads' forums, and announcing at my original blog where I could be reached now.
I have two books to review, so will the Friday coming up (NZ 20th) be okay to get your book?

BR Kingsolver (brkingsolver) | 11 comments Lynn, if you enjoy Urban Fantasy, I would like to submit my novel
Broken Dolls by B.R. Kingsolver

I can supply mobi.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Lynne --

No urgency at all. The timetable you suggest sounds fine to me. If you will email me at fatshot@charter.net, I'll send you the PDF version of the book as an attachment in a reply.

Thanks for your consideration,

DRJ

Mike Billington | 5 comments Hi Lynne,
If you're still looking for books I would love to have you read and review "Murder in the Rainy Season." It's a crime novel set in South Florida where a suburban police force is trying to find a serial killer who only murders when it rains and the politely calls the police to tell them where to find the body.
Though I now live in Spain, I spent half a year in Lower Hutt: Are you anywhere near there?

Maris Soule | 3 comments Hi Lynne,
I have a suspense that will be published (by Robert Hale Ltd.) in the UK next month and released in the US (through IPG) in June. The publisher said the ebook will be released in April. I'm not sure if it will be available on all sites at that time (Amazon still hasn't listed the ebook for that month). I have the final PDF and would love an honest review. Please let me know if you're interested.

Groovy Lee Hello, Lynne

I would like to add my first Kindle suspense entitled:

Cause She's a Good Girl by Groovy Lee

CAUSE SHE'S A GOOD GIRL

With all the requests you've received, you probably won't have the time, but I thought I'd give it a try, anyway.

If you can, then you can let me know here, or at my email: atreyhu@att.net and I will gift you a copy.

Thanks!

SYNOPSIS: Piper Banion spent most of her eighteen years trying to do the impossible—gain her abusive mother’s love. But the older she gets, the more she realizes that a parent’s undying love is something you don’t have to vie for, compromise your principles for, nor beg for in your prayers. Connie will always see her as a “worthless burden”. Still, it was hard making that life-altering decision that freed Piper from the chains of her defective childhood.

After five years of wandering from one small town to the next, she finds a true friend in Shelly Jamison, a runaway mom, slash, devout party girl, and outspoken rebel against the rich and powerful—her family included. Following the not-so-surprising pink slips they received one Monday, coupled with the alley fight between her and Shelly’s boy-toy, Tomas, Piper finally gives in to her friend’s invitation to spend the summer at her family’s estate in Destin, California. At last, she gets to meet Shelly’s S.E.X.Y. cousin Oz Jamison.

Oz owns a PR firm in Seattle, Washington. Hardly a day goes by that he can’t turn a corner without being asked those headache-provoking questions: “Are you Prince? Would you sign my Purple Rain DVD? Touch my copy of your latest CD? Better yet, touch me instead?” With skin the color of smooth vanilla, and the sensual glint in those caramel-brown eyes, even a pledged virgin like Piper has to fight off the lure of his sexuality. She opts instead for a friendship based on their shared abusive backgrounds while he house-sits for his aunt and uncle during the summer.

Piper is determined to forge a better life in California, but the collective cries of nine murdered women reaching out to her from those weekly news bulletins suspends that task. Someone is killing all the women she comes into contact with, and that's where the connection ends. Her “pureness” seems to be the trump card that enables her to walk away from the rage that consumes him and the lives of his unsuspecting victims. But the next time they meet, a head start is all she’ll get.

In the chaos off trying to get away, she learns that Shelly has disappeared. A muffled voice over the phone claims responsibility; And it’s not the Silk Stocking Serial Killer who’s daring her to come rescue her friend.

David Jarrett (davidrj) Hi Lynne --

The "complete the form" link on your BookVetter site is broken -- gave me an error 404 message. I don't know if I'm supposed to sign up on the site to have my book reviewed or not, but I can't do it as it is now.

Thanks so much for your generous offer to review.
If you are up for another request, here is mine.

In Your Sights is a suspense/thriller with a touch of romance, set in Sydney.

If you would like to read IYS, I can send a Kindle version. There is no urgency whatever.

regards,
Elizabeth

Maren McCaffrey (we2sisters) | 4 comments Hello... Thanks for putting such a generous offer out. It is so appreciated! I would love to have you review my paranormal romance book Chasing Shadows book one in the Sisters of Shadows and Moonlight Series. Book 2 is scheduled to be released in March. I've had several reviews and gotten five stars on all seven of them. This isn't a typical paranormal romance. It centers around twin sisters Mistral and Allie. It also includes poems from one sister's journals. I can send you a pdf with cover art. My contact is aperfectstormsp@gmail.com. I also have a dedicated website. www.shadowsandmoonlight.com. Here is the link to my facebook author page as well. https://m.facebook.com/SistersParanor.... It can give you a lot of insight into the story line. I would be honoured if you would consider reviewing it!

Mike Bernsten (mikebernsten) | 7 comments Hi,
I have a dating advice for men eBook that I would love reviews for.
Right now the eBook is only on Amazon Kindle.
Dating Death Match is especially geared towards men that are scared of talking with strange women or any woman when it comes to a romantic sense.
Learn ways to talk, read body language and keep a woman wanting more of you.
Realistic and the methods work, as long as you do it.
A link to Amazon here

Dating Death Match

I have either a pdf or a copy of the eBook as it is on Amazon I can give you. The pdf is the same as well.

Constance Walker (constancewalker) | 7 comments Hello, Lynne,

Many thanks for your offer! I'm re-issuing my gothic, THE SHIMMERING STONES OF WINTER'S LIGHT this week on AMAZON and if you read gothic mysteries, I'd appreciate your taking a look at this book.

Many thanks for your time.

Constance Walker

THE SHIMMERING STONES OF WINTER’S LIGHT

“Ye have been here before, child. Ye cannot deny it.”

As an infant, Gwynneth Morys was left in a basket on the steps of a simple cottage in the South of Wales. Now, the kindly couple who raised her have died: she is an orphan once again, totally alone in the world with only her odd, recurring dreams—dreams of a towering mansion on the moors…a beautiful lady in a pale green gown…a tall man whose dark eyes speak of love.

Bereft of funds and family, Gwynneth has no choice but to accept the only offer of work to come her way—a position as a companion to an elderly woman in the North of Wales. And as Gwynneth approaches the many-turreted manor house rising out of the mist, close by the fog-enshrouded moors and still closer to the roiling sea, she knows that this is the place she has dreamed of all her life.

But not even in her dreams was Gwynneth aware of the tragic death of Lady Jane’s only daughter, or the dark desire for vengeance that still burns in the old woman’s heart. Nor does she guess that an enemy—her enemy—lurks among the shadowy towers, waiting for her to climb a certain flight of stairs to the one turret from which there could be no escape…and no one to hear her plea for mercy.
