Book appearing twice and another showing as mine that is not

My book, Take A Moment, is listed twice and the ratings and reviews are spread across the two versions. Would you by any chance be able to merge them into one version for me?

Also, there is a book showing under my author profile that I didn't write. It's called She Married a Hero. It must be by another author called Nina Kaye. Is it possible to have this removed from my author profile?

Thanks for looking at this Scott. I'm now seeing three versions, one obviously being the version you mention needs to be deleted by a superlibrarian. Do I need to post again to have someone do this or is this existing thread enough?

Also, I'm wondering why I have an ebook version and a paperback version? Is it not possible to just have one version for all formats so my reviews and ratings are not in two different places? Thanks again.

Reviews are shown on all editions. Since some reorganization just happened, it may take a couple days for those to sort out.

This thread should be sufficient as it's already in the supers folder.
