I own this book in hardcopy. I can only find one picture of the cover online. The source is somebody's blogspot page: (http://eye-candy-for-bibliophiles.blo...)

We cannot use a random blog post, but if you have the book you can either scan or take a picture of the cover.

You can then upload it to your profiles more photos and we can get it from there.
