Mae stands behind a tree far away from the pit

Erik staggered after her. He really was humiliated--why he was letting her help him, he didn't know. He met up with her behind the tree. "So. First aid kit," he snapped. If this didn't get taken care of, he'd die. Because that knife had went straight through.

" No." She makes sure she has the backpack in grasp and the knife is ready to stab him if nessesary.

"N--what?" He gaped. "Excuse me? You said you had one." He pushed himself to his full height, and he was tall and had a lot of muscle. "Give it to me. Now."

" Well, don't you want to know why?" She scowls " I would kill you, but it's the first day. You sounded like you were going to murder me. But i'll help you, only if you promise not to kill me on the first day."

[ellie]

He stared. "I did not! I was just wanting that first aid kit, if I bleed out I'm going to die!" He protested. "And I promise. After all, I'd much rather kill the District 8 rat who did this to me."

" Okay, I believe you." She takes out the medical alchol and the band-aid. " This will sting." She stands up and puts the medical alchol on the wound.

He screamed as she tended to the wound, but he let her. It would get infected otherwise.

She puts the bandage on it. " There you go." She sees Jacob " I'm helping him."

“Thanks,” gasped Erik, and then looked over. “What are you doing here?”

Chandler thanked Mae and then looked at Jacob. “How about you leave?”

" Your welcome." She packed the backpack up and slung it over her back " Now try not to get stabbed again alright."

" That is true, me and Jacob are district partners. Mabye I'll see you later....What's your name again?"

He frowned. “Fine. Chandler. See you later, thanks for the aid.” But then he walked up and held out his hand. “Give me the knife back.”

Jacob quickly snatched it away, "nah, think I'll keep it." He says.

He stared for a second. “Fine. You’re going to regret this. Well I have bigger fish to catch first.” And with that he headed for where it all started to scavenge.

Mae frowns, " I gotta go." She gets up and heads out.

Kaylee Kane stumbled and fell into the pit and was subsequently eaten by a monster.

A cannon goes off.

Hunter ran here, breathless. "Gosh-damn bone labyrinth and sh*tty allies." He saw Darek.

Hunter walked around the rim of the pit towards Darek, clinging to the wall.

Darek continued to stand there eating the siren

Hunter made the mistake of looking down.

Darek still continued what he was doing

Hunter let out a high-pitched scream, then covered his mouth. In doing so, he stumbled backwards and teetered dangerously close to the edge of the bottomless pit.

Darek dropped his food frightened by the sudden noise that seemed to be cloose to him. So he then went to investigate

Hunter rocked on the edge of the steep cliff. Both his feet slipped off the edge, leaving him clinging to the crumbled, jagged black rock. His knuckles turned white as he held on for dear life and begged himself not to look down.
