Really random: I once saw this medieval illustration of a knight crossing a chasm on the blade of a sword. (I don’t remember what the reason behind that was, or why that’s my first thought. 😂)
First reaction: *me laughing my head off again*First thought: Wow, this thread is really funny. I've got to listen to that song.

Fall in the water and die, or cross the sword, trusting in God to protect him
Hahah, I know XD@Stephen Yeah...that's sadly true these days :( no one seems to care about what's on the inside as much as what's on the outside...its sad :(...
Of course.

Napoleon Dynamite or National Lampoon
No. no no. Napoleon Dynamite, though another family favorite, is nowhere NEAR Monty Python. As for NL, I've only seem Christmas Vacation, but I still think MP's humor is far and away the superior
"Its a lie, Steven." (sorry, saw Napaleon Dynamite, and that was literally my first thought...lol...)

I am an oxymoron. I am a pessimistic, cynical, hopeless romantic. (Am I at war with myself? perhaps. but here we are)
@Stephen, firstly, I very much appreciate that. truly. second, your words give me the strong impression you are basically Merlin from. The Sword and the Stone. wise old man in the middle of the woods who read many books, drink copious amounts of tea, and smokes a pipe while discussing philosophy with your talking Owl. XD

I’m teasingggg! 🙃 It’s practically “Stephen’s first thought” so if you don’t comment, who will?? 😆

Eowyn (@Sharon, awesome! The extended editions are so epic, once you watch them there's no going back! <3 Oh, that's great, I'm glad they enjoyed it! :) )

Faramir
(Yes, I completely agree! Just the fact that they include Eowyn and Faramir's story makes them worth it!💜 But there is so much more that makes them better than the theater versions. They are much more satisfying.😊)
