@Hannah, thank you for the comment/explanation of your views on the matter :) You’ll have to overlook me. I’m just jaded/prematurely too cynical. I think your faith and hope in true love is a good thing. Hold on to it, may, cling to it and never let anyone or anything wrest it from your hands.

Anyway, there’s my take on the word soulmate, for what it’s worth.😅 (When we were newly married, I read an article that tore up the term “soulmate” giving many examples of why she and her husband did NOT want to be like each other. It was hilarious and strangely encouraging to this new bride.😉)

I don't think you are too cynical, but even if you think you are, perhaps the best thing about being cynical is that you can always be surprised by good things <3 I'll hold on to my faith in true love forever, I hope so anyway :)
