I think you're referring to her hint that it's something that is more fun to do together. I don't think the yearly challenge will be in groups. Just the activity/event it is based on can be done alone or with a group.

No, it won't be a group effort. I can't envision a year long challenge that would be a team effort. The theme is based on something that could be done as a group... or not. I've done it on my own.

this is my 3rd go at the annual challenge every year i think this will be too hard - i nearly did not do this year at all but in the end i loved it and although i read some rubbish i also read some great books. Whatever you throw at us Janice I will give it a go

I feel like a new Excel spreadsheet might be needed for next year. Scrolling up and down in my old word doc format is getting old. I’m not a super Excel user but I need to figure out a better way to track my yearly challenge.

It looks like Janice is making her way along with the R numbers. (Only being able to creat 3 entries a day must be getting old but watching the numbers going up is exciting.) We had 40 museum sites this year. Will there be more than 40 “R’s”? 🙃

Ah... Amazing Race. I didn't think of that, but it would fit in with the "R"s if R stood for Route. Multiple routes with tasks along the way. That would take us all over the world and need a passport. Maybe with a bit of scavenging along the way. Amazing Race with a puzzle thrown in for good measure.
