Combining editions, please!

I tried to update the preview cover with the final cover, and have instead created two separate editions. Could someone please help combine the two?

I referred it to the Superlibrarians; as it's been shelved by more than 5 users we regular librarians can't merge it.

EDIT: Done, I added the paperback edition as well: Bastion
