ik people are prob gonna hate me for saying this but i did not like the lion the witch and the wardrobe AT ALL. i thought it was terrible... i mean we all have different tastes in books, but this series just wasn't for me...

idk, ig the plot didn't really interest me ans CS Lewis' style of writing... not for me. Yeah.... but you guys read whatever you enjoy ;)

@Lily: Aww... of course I understand! My TBR is always scary huge. Haha.... well, I'd recommend this HIGHLY! It was the inspiration for Batman and Zorro. so yeah. Awesome. <3 Also: it's a fairly quick read and easy one to go through =) Hope you'll get to read it someday and enjoy it!

Ohh, yeah, C.S. Lewis does that sort of "telling" style, right? Like the narrator almost is another character?

It's not annoying... the thematic depths of the Narniad and all of his works honestly are Astonishing. :) I've not read any Gaiman, and only very limited amt. of Tolkien =) Hope that's helpful!!
