20.7 - Shorter is Sweeter - Coralie's Task: Three 2’s

2022 will be the last year in most of our lifetimes that a year will have three of the same numeral.
Read a book that has at least three of the following 2’s.

A. Is #2 in a series.
B. Has a first publication year ending in 2.
C. The author has a name part with 2 letters. (NOTE: Double initials does not count as a 2 letter name part).
D. Has a 2 in the page count.
E. Has a two-word title.
F. Has one of the words TO, TOO or TWO in the title. Words only and no variations.

REQUIRED: Specify in your post the criteria that your book satisfies.

Examples:
A Murder of Quality by John le Carré satisfies A, B & C
Callander Square satisfies A, D & E
Gone to the Forest satisfies B, D, & F

Yes, it has to be #2, not 12 or 22 or any other combination.

Joanne (joabroda1) | 1558 comments Are subtitles being ignored here? Also, I always get confused about page # requirements-Sorry:

There are 2 hardcover editions listed for this book

Double Cross: The True Story of the D-Day Spies

The book I own has the # 2 in the page count but is listed # 2 on hardcover editions, on GR, can I still use it?

Yes, you can ignore subtitles and page count is taken on the edition that you read so it sounds as though this one will work for you.

Jen K | 985 comments Does the word "two" need to be standalone in the title or would this one work?

Do You Dream of Terra-Two?

Thanks!

I'm sorry but I think hyphenating it would count as a variation. So, no.

Amanda Lemes (hoodoomends) | 197 comments Would a book with more than just one "2" in the page count work? The one I'm planning to use for this task has 272 p.
