Finally finished it! It was more sad than I was expecting. I liked the (view spoiler)[ alternate dimensions aspect. I thought that was creative. I agree with other readers that it should have been developed more. (hide spoiler)]

Not bad actually, kinda catching up to my goal which is still small. Just finished a short story collection and off to dig back into Cunning Folk which is eerie and magical, then starting the dec group read for Malfi probably :)

@Chandler: Exactly! I think if maybe it was even 100 pages more and fleshed that aspect out, this could have been a 4 or even a 5 with how great it started.

@Kasia: Awesome and glad to hear that! Ohhhhhhh, short story collections are awesome, I've always enjoyed those as well! Very cool about Cunning Folk, LoL one can't go wrong with an eerie yet magical book :-)

Thanks as today is all about reading and football before my return to work tomorrow. LoL I might take off another Friday or two as I'll also be off the week of Christmas for more reading and gaming!
