Please correct the number of pages to 141.

Is the book? ISBN: 978-1-944424-35-0
Also, the last page of the index is 147

The ISBN is correct.

According to this rule, you should match the page numbers as listed in the book: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...

So it is 141, not 147.
