I started with More Than Human, by Theodore Sturgeon. It's really heavy stuff for the first 10 pages, and I am too distracted to really get into it yet, so I only finished 17 pages in the first sprint. Oh well.

I'm not sure how many pages I read, I had to re-read chapters for context. I made a grocery order so snacks should be here later today!!

I had to finish the last 2 stories from Magie sub Clar de Lună. 10 povești cu animăluțe fermecate by Anna Wilson (and other 9 authors).

Finished it.

Starting with The Best Horror Stories, not my favourite read, I only read about 20-25 pages an hour but I really want to finish it this week!

I'm finishing up this audiobook The Hollow Places. It's not a book Ive enjoyed much so it's taking me forever. It was a book club pick for October.

I had 20% left of Waiting for the Waters to Rise by Maryse Condé, so I've finished that. Now I'm starting an audiobook - The Bass Rock by Evie Wyld!

I've got lots of lighter stuff too! I just figured I'd focus some harder stuff in the beginning while I'm fresh.

Forgot to comment - I started with Tess of the D`Ubervilles which I am already reading for Victober, a yearly event reading Victorian lit (we have a GoodReads group, and this is my third time participating). Later I'll start a shorter book that I can finish during readathon.
