Sure, could you give me the gist of it?
Ah, pish. I was totally going to wing it. I do want it to take place in the future, so maybe we found a way to time travel and a person is sent to the future under strict orders not to make contact with anyone, but then the other person finds them and we go from there?
lol k. Sounds fun want to just rush on in, or make some characters?
Um short descriptions? Just name age and appearance?
I had to eat too. Then do the dishes. Sorry...

I canChandler sits on his bed, eyes glaring through his bedroom window. He watches people walk by, one by one. He stands from where he sits and stretches, dropping his phone.
((Wait, who went to the future and all that jazz?))
(( Oh derp, you can come into my world through time travel.))
Kira stood in the shadows next to the street, her eyes scanning her surrounding. So this is the future. She thought. Taking a deep breath, she walked out into the open. She looked pretty much like the others, so she wouldn't stand out. Still, her heart beat wildly as her paranoid mind imagined that every passing glance was a suspicious glare.
He groans with a posh voice as he watches the phone bounce back into his hands. He turns it on, it's screen glowing brightly. Shifting his vision towards the window, he notices someone wearing odd clothing. Being his judgemental self he stares at her as rude comments flash into his mind.
Kira begins walking down the sidewalk, her head down like everyone else's but her eyes moving nonstop. She was instructed to carefully observe everything. She was more a test subject to see if time travel was possible, but in case she survived, she was given several instructions.
Chandler opens his bedroom door, he turns down the hallway and steps quickly down the stairs. He touches a pad on the front door. It instantly opens, he steps out of his generic city home. He looks down the street at the shiny white houses placed side by side down the street. He tucks his hands into his pockets and swiftly walks to the local cafe.
Kira pulls out of her pocket a small list. It was given to her by the scientists, though they said it was unlikely she would be back to give them the information, they told her to observe these things. She scanned the list, then decided that her own needs came first. She tucked the paper back into her pocket, looking around for a restaurant.
Chandler walked with a slight limp, a reminder of what had happened earlier that month. Images of the robber flash in and out of his mind, he changes thought and looks up from the ground. He approaches the café, eventually walking in. The smell of coffee practically drowning him. He scratches the back of his neck and waits in line.
Kira's eyes finally fell on a small café. Nodding slightly to herself, she began walking in the direction of the building. It looked sort of busy, but not too bad. She could see through the window that there was a line. She arrives at the door... And stops. She stares at the odd door, biting her lower lip. There was a pad next to it, and she assumed that it had something to do with the door. She reached out and touched it, jumping back slightly when the door slid smoothly open. "Okay..." She muttered under her breath, stepping in.
Chandler scans the familiar café, he goes with the motions, continuing to turn where his eyes go. He faces a somewhat familiar looking girl, he impolitely stares at her. He examines her weird looking clothes but his eyes begin to widen at her attractiveness. He plays with the corner of his mouth and turns back, facing the menu.
Kira sighed slightly, stepping into line behind a boy. She looks around, staring at their clothes. The clothes that she thought looked similar to hers actually were very different. She does a mental face palm, then looks up at the menu. She reminds herself that people aren't going to immediately assume that she's from the past. She picks out what she was going to order, then went back to looking around. She wasn't going to lie, the future fascinated her.
Chandler pulls out some blue tinted dollar blues, on the face of them is the current president -Insert name here-. He counts them off and shoves the extra back into his pocket. He looks up to the menu one more time and advances through the line. "Black coffee, small." He says into a small mic placed on the counter. A number flashes on a screen to the left, he lays the money on the counter and watches it disappear. He waits as his order appears in front of him. He grips it and steps aside looking for a place to sit.
Kira peered over the shoulder of the boy in front of her. "Aww..." She whines quietly to herself when she sees the money. She hadn't even thought about how the currency would've changed. She huffed softly, forcing herself to turn and walk away from the counter. There were some glares from the people behind her but she didn't care. She was just about to walk out the door when she pauses. She had to eat, there was no denying that. But how could she get food? He mind flashes to the extra money the boy put in his pocket. Maybe he would be nice enough to let her have some? Her eyes immediately went to seek out the boy.((I have to go to bed. Night!))
Chandler finds himself a high counter to sit at. He pulls out the bar stool and takes a seat, resting his head on the palm of his hand. He peers out the window and stares in a daze. Day dreaming absent mindedly. Every now and then looking down at his cup, taking a small sip, but immediately looking back towards the window.
Kira's eyes fall on the boy who was now sitting at a high stool. Sighing slightly and giving herself a small mental pep talk. She walked across the room, pulling up a chair for herself beside him. She looks at the counter, wringing her hands beneath the table. How does one ask another for money? She thought. Was there proper manners or something. Not coming to a decision and deciding to wing it, she turns to him. "Hey." She says lamely.
Chandler wide eyed, continues to stare out of the window. After realizing what is happening he turns to her with a blank palish face and responds. "Hi." Surprised he didn't stutter. Thoughts running through his head about the attractiveness of the girl. He studies her impolitely.
Kira stares at him, then back down. Trade? That would at least be better than asking outright for money. But what did she have? Money. She had money from the past. Was that worth anything now, or was it worthless? For all she knew, the it was still in use and the blue money was a new version of a quarter. Taking a shot in the dark, she pulled out the money she'd brought with her, setting it on the counter between them. "Authentic original American money." She said. "Top quality."
Chandler eyes the money and slightly squints as he looks at her. "Where'd you get that?" He says with a questioning voice. Greedily he thinks of what he could with such a rare find. His imagination going wild, the amount of money he could get from this could set him for life.
"Umm..." Kira's mind goes blank as she tries to think of an excuse. "My... Mom gave it to me." She says. "It's been in the family for ages. But we're really low on money at the moment." She looks at him, trying to figure out what he was thinking. Was it worth anything? It had to be worth something, judging by the calculating look in his eye and the way he asked where she'd gotten it. "Is it worth anything?"
Chandler hesitated slightly has he spoke. "Ju-ya..I guess it's worth a little..here for the trade." He picked up the blue dollar pills and placed them in the palm of her open hand, closing her fingers with his other hand as a way to seal the deal. After a quick examination of the money he picked it up, flipping through the authentic American dollar bills with a grin.
Kira opens her hand and flips through the blue bills to see how much there were. Satisfied, she glances up at him. Seeing the grin, she narrowed her eyes, suddenly suspicious that she'd been cheated out of a large deal of money. Deciding that it didn't matter and that they would only draw attention to her anyway, she looked to the counter. She nearly got up to go get something to eat, then realized that she had no idea how to. He'd just spoken something into a mic and made money disappear into the counter. To heck if she knew how to do that. "Can you help me order something?" She asks the boy.
He nods and stands, he pushed his hand against her back, leading her into the line. He dropped his hand and waited beside her, fiddling with his thumbs. His eyes focused in front of him. His thoughts primarily on the money, but a thought of the girl lingering through his mind.
Kira allows herself to be led to the line, looking down at the ground in front of her. A wave of sadness washed over her as she thought of home. She would never make it back. Then she forced the thought out of her mind. She glances up at him, seeing the preoccupied look in his eyes. Then she looked down again. She was surprised that he wasn't shocked at her for not knowing how to order something, but decided not to question it. "What year is it?" She asked abruptly.
Chandler blinks, why doesn't she know the year, she traded authentic dollar bills for a few bucks, and she can't order for her self. He fiddles with the corner of his mouth thinking. He says quickly "2067."
"2067?" Kira echoed. "Oh." That wasn't too far in the future. Maybe some of her friends and family would still be alive? She shook her head slightly to shake the thought. She couldn't make herself known to anyone, and it just wouldn't do if someone recognized her from the past. She looked to him expectantly as they reach the front of the line. "Alright." She says. "Now how do I order something?"
"Look, you put your mouth up to the mic.." He demonstrates. "The say your order.." He points to the screen. "Then you see this button on the screen? Push that to submit it. It's pretty old fashioned but it works." He says.
Kira snorted slightly. "Old fashioned?" She muttered under her breath. Then she spoke her order into the mic, feeling stupid and weird. Once she was done, she pressed the button. Then she pulled the money out of her pocket. "Now what do I do with this? How do I pay?"
Chandler seemed to be frozen in her eyes. He stood like a stone for what seemed to be hours. He blinked at looked at the counter in front of him. "You uhm, yo put it there." He points to a square that was outlined in front of him.
"Oh." Kira said and counted out the correct amount of money. Feeling once again stupid, she set it on the square he'd indicated. She glances up at him then back down at the counter. "Now where does the order come out?" She asks him.
Chandler he grins "Just watch." Still confused why she didn't know this already, yes it was an old device, but surely she learned it as a kid. "Do you like, live outside the grid." He says jokingly as her order appears in front of her.
