He lifted the window, sticking his head out. "Hey, we can climb to the roof from here." He said with a smile on his face.

"Well, what're we still in here for?" Kira said. She stood, taking a large gulp of the soda before setting it down on the bedside table. She turned to Chandler, smiling.
Chandler stuck the rest of his body out of the window and stood on the window sill outside of the house. He reached up and grabbed the edge of the roof, pulling himself up. He reached his hand out waiting to help Kira up.
Kira slipped out the window, accepting his offered hand to climb up onto the roof. When she was up, she grinned at him. "I used to go out onto our roof all the time when my parents weren't home, though ours was a lot steeper than this one."
Chandler scooted back and rested against the warm black shingles. "What would you do up there?" He asked, trying to start some small talk.
"I would come out on sunny days and just lay in the sun. Sometimes I would time myself to see how long I could stare at the sun, but I'm pretty sure that it's going to jack up my eyesight later on." Kira said.
He giggled and rested his arms underneath his head, giving him a little bit of a cushioning. He watched as the sun slowly started to sink.
Kira shut her eyes, basking in the sunlight that was slowly fading. She stayed silent, a small smile playing around her lips.
Chandler moved one of his from his head and slid down to his side, he rested his 2 end fingers on hers. He closed his eyes, also basking in the sun.

Kira opened her eyes, glancing over at him when their fingers touched. Seeing his eyes closed, she looked away. Her fingertips tingled where they touched.
Chandler moved the rest of his fingers above hers and asked. "Where's the rest of your family?"
Kira froze. "Uuh..." She said softly, thinking. What had she said about her family? They were off the grid. "Kansas." She said confidently, not knowing if Kansas even was still around.
Chandler opened his eyes and looked at her with a confused look."Kansas? Is that a state? We don't have states anymore, we just go by a whole." He said. "I'm pretty sure it's just a ghost town anyways."
"Ah." Kira said, a lump forming in her throat as she tried to think of an excuse. "Well, they're there anyway."
A grin appeared on his face. "So, you're really from Kansas?" He asked. Surely she wasn't ,that place is vacant.
"Yup!" She says confidently. She knew she'd made a mistake, but the only thing she could do now was bluff her way out.
He raised his eyebrows in surprise. He felt that she was hiding something, he decided to ignore the thought anyway.
Kira smiled slightly at him. She noticed his eyebrows raise, and deflated slightly. He knew that she was lying. There was no way he didn't.
(( Oops o.o ))Chandler played with the corner of his lip. He felt relaxed, not a worry on his mind. He closed his eyes again, soaking in the sunlight before the sun sunk behind the earth.
Kira looked away, taking a deep breath. She was lucky he wasn't the prying type, but it was only a matter of time before she made one slip to many. She should probably leave soon, but she had nowhere to go.
(Oi My bad, keep forgetting to respond to rps))He drifted into sleep, his hand still lying on top of Kira's. A grin played on his lips as he dreamt.
(('Sall good lol. I get that problem too))Kira stared at the sky as the sun gradually went down. The stars began winking at her one by one until the night sky was alive.
He continued his to sleep soundly. He tossed and turned, the shingles of the roof blackening his cheeks.
The air grew chillier as Kira lay there, and she glanced over as he moved. After awhile, she fell asleep as well, laying perfectly still.
Chandler woke, he found himself staring right at Kira. He couldn't help himself, he leaned in and kissed her cheek. His cheeks reddened. He backed up turning away. He closed his eyes trying to fall back asleep.
Kira stayed fast asleep, shifting only slightly when he kissed her. Then she moved back to her original position. She never moved much when she was asleep.
He woke to the sun rising and his arm intertwined with hers, he sat up and shielded his eyes from the bright sun.
Kira woke up groggily, propping herself up on one elbow. She reached up and touched her nose, which was cold, as was her fingers. She gives Chandler a small smile. "We accidently fell asleep." She says, her speech slurred with sleep.
"Indeed we did." He said, smiling slightly at her. He stood up and reached down his hand offering to help her up.
Kira sat up the rest of the way, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes before accepting his hand and standing up. "Let's go back inside." Kira says, still unable to think in advanced sentences.
He nodded in agreement and started to climb down, swinging his body back through the window. He shuffled his feet finally settling after the jump. He stood waiting for Kira.
Kira swung herself back inside, and her blood finally began pumping. She looked at Chandler when she was in. "So." She says. "What's the plan for today?"
"I don't know? Any ideas?" He asked her, taking a seat on the bed.
"Nope. Not a clue." She would say the movies or bowling or something like that, but, for one, she didn't know how all that worked now and didn't want to show that she didn't, and two, it would feel too much like she was asking him on a date.
"Do you happen to know what a movie is?" He asked her playfully.
"Yes, I do." Kira said with a grin. "I'm going to assume that means you want to go to the movies?"
"Yes, yes it does." He smiles like a child. "Better get ready!" He shouts walking out of the hall and into his room. He began getting ready himself.
Kira changes out of her clothes, putting on another set of clothes. She glances into the mirror and pulled her rats nest of a head of hair back in a semidecent ponytail. She walks to the bathroom, realizing she still didn't have a toothbrush. "Hey!" She calls to him. "Do you have an extra- preferably unused- toothbrush?"
"There's the one we clean the toilet with in the bathroom drawer!" He shouts from his bedroom.
"That'll do!" Kira calls. She opens the bathroom drawer and pulls out one still in its wrappings. She opens it, throwing the wrappings away and brushing her teeth quickly.
Chandler walks out of his room sliding a navy blue beanie over his head. He stands next to Kira, searching through his drawer for his tooth brush.
Kira finishes and rinses off the toothbrush, setting it on the side of the counter. She then steps out of the bathroom, being done getting ready.
He finishes brushing his teeth, throwing his tooth brush into the drawer. He quickly glanced in the mirror and thought. I be lookin' fine He pursed his lips and walked out of the bathroom thinking highly of himself.
Kira looked up as he exited the bathroom, raising an eyebrow slightly when she caught sight of his slightly puffed-up chest. "We ready to go?" She asked.
He raised his head a bit "Hm, ya I'm ready. I think my mom might even let me take the speeder." He winked.
