In a collection. If there's a requirement it be released on its own (there should not be) I can in the space of 5 minutes release it on its own, price it as $200 and have no material effect on anything save for ticking a box. Do I need to do that?

To be listed as a separate entry on Goodreads, it must have been available separately.

This is a foolish requirement which I will satisfy for as long as it takes to get the listing.
