Adult romance about a heroine who is some type of writer and a Hero who has a political podcast with friends

I read this book around 2019-2021, can’t remember the exact year. I think they’re both in a New York bar during some holiday like Christmas or New Years I’m pretty sure it was snowing. She basically recognizes his voice as the same one from the podcast and he’s at a booth on a phone call I think. I think he has a generic name and is Hispanic but I could be confusing that with another book. She’s a pretty successful writer as well and I think she goes on tours or something because both of their jobs require travel which is why neither of them wanted anything serious in the beginning. He also speaks at political events if I remember correctly. So they spent the day together had explosive sex decided to keep it as FWB but of course that didn’t stay like that fast forward she breaks her foot or something and she moves in a lot goes down they break up meet again after six months and get back together and boom the end. (tried to go as in depth without spoiling) ALSO I think he has an abusive ex from college. The book seemed recent like no more then 10 years, and I think the cover was kind of illustrated like im not sure if people were on it but I don’t think it was a real life picture either. I read the book online and in English.
