What Is the Name of This Book? question

Audible started a new free book after I finished a paid for book. Then, after listening to a bit of the book and liking it, I happened to buy another book and listen to it. When I went to finish the other book, I couldn't find it. It will make me crazy not to finish it. Here's the story:
A woman inherits lots of money and a house on an island on one of the great lakes from a famous photographer who she didn't know was her mother. Her father faked his and her deaths when she was very young. He staged a boating accident. He told her that her mother had died in a house fire. The island has no motorized vehicles. The house is a beautiful Victorian complete with two dogs and some horses. The lawyer is a possible love interest.
That's as far as I got. Please help!
