Hi! I would really appreciate it if you guys helped me find a book I read years ago (don't remember the exact year). I think it was called no place like home (but it doesn't come up when i search it) and it had a boy and a red-haired girl on the cover in a field with their backs turned, walking away. I think it started with the boy burying his grandfather and now he was alone/orphan so he ventured into a city where he met the red-haired girl and they both ended up in a "foster home" but it really was just a center where the elderly came to purchase the youth of the children by giving them a shot or something so they could become young again and the children became old. There was a big fire at the end when the boy overpowered the system and ran away. If it helps, there was also a boy I remember who had a soccer ball and he dies protecting it when he became old because his youth was bought out and he was thrown into the city. Does anyone remember the title or author of this book? It is almost as if it is non-existent when I search it and it was one of my favorites and I really want to find it again. Thank you.
