How will they be chosen randomly? Like a generator?

Welcome wizards and witches of Hogwarts! This year our first Triwizard Tournament will commence.
IMPORTANT: If you are unfamiliar with the Triwizard Tournament, it is a magical contest held between the three largest wizarding schools. Since this is an RP only for Hogwarts, the students will be competing against each other; it won't be a matter of which school wins, but which HOUSE/STUDENT wins.
INFO FOR ENTERING: Only students who are in their 7th year may enter. Everyone who wishes to enter, must do so before the deadline (the deadline will be posted in the Enter the Tournament topic). After the deadline has passed, the names of two students from each house will be randomly chosen to participate.
YULE BALL INFO: More info about the Yule Ball will be released, but for now I just wanted to say that there WILL be one. So guys you better start finding your ladies ;)
