I read this book for a college lit class a few years back, and reading it this time around was really interesting since we are living our own type of pandemic. I am curious to know what other people thought, felt, etc if they also read it before and after!

I only read it after, but I had been reading Mandel before this. At first when Jeevan leaves the apt complex it felt very Walking Dead. That was the scene in my head after that it was interesting to see what was going to happen and how people were going to live when the comforts and technology has been removed from their lives.
