I want to claim my author page but GoodReads won't let me

I am trying to claim my author page but GoodReads keeps saying that I am the publisher when I am the Self-Published Author. I have applied around 5 times filling out the needed data and getting rejected every time. I don't have a personal FB to link to my GoodReads account, I have zero idea how to correct this or prove I'm real.

By the way, I tried to contact GoodReads and they told me that I should post my question here. I don't expect volunteers to help unless someone can tell me what special quote or thing I should or shouldn't do that will make this work

Then perhaps they misunderstood your request. Goodreads Librarians have no control over approvals of Goodreads Author status. You will need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page again.
