SOLVED. YA Realistic book that was published in the late 60s or 70s, protagonist's sister is a ballet dancer. [s]

I read this book when I was young, and it was about a tween who has a younger brother and an older sister. Her mom moves to a house by the sea? The father was either dead or not in the picture. The protagonist boats at some point. The thing I remember most about the book is that her older sister is very good at ballet and is very proud of it. One day at school, she is either pushed or falls down the stairs and breaks her legs and cannot do ballet. The book was published in the 60s or 70s but it is more likely it was in the 70s. If anybody can help me out with this would love to know! I loved this book as a kid.
