Just a note. There are three Slapp Happy albums (and a live album), plus the two they made together with Henry Cow. Another, titled 'Acnalbasac Noom' is the original version (recorded with Faust doing the backing) of what should have been their second album, but it was rejected by their record company, Polydor. The band re-recorded the same songs (with one change) and released it on Virgin. The two versions are quite different musically, both are acceptable, but say which version it is if you find the info on the video please.
The final record 'Camera' is a television opera, credited to the three members (Krause/Moore/Blegvad) rather than the band. It too is fine and dandy.

6 voters for the 7 noms this week. Some relatively low scores as a result, but at least it's a clear enough finish.Taking the honours, and romping home with the gold, 10 points was enough to take it for Val with Working At The Ministry. Tech gets the runner up spot with The Drum finishing on 7. And the consolation bronze goes to Jemma with Scarred For Life finishing a further point behind.
And, for the second week in a row, the old wooden spoons come out of the closet. Sort Of, sort of wasn't, so TheFoe can have the latest stirrer.
Apologies for not voting Tim. I'm usually organised - I must vote every Thursday night (my time). Last night however I was faffing around and then I was distracted by a phone call. I even woke in the night remembering I hadn't voted, but it wasn't enough to make me get out of my nice warm bed. Now I feel guilty for winning......
