Eve’s sister-in-law Anna Maria called her constantly but kept stating that Kyle hadn’t come home and she hadn’t seen him. At any point, did you suspect him to be the killer?

I thought it was strange that Kyle was MIA, but I didn't consider him a suspect for the killer. The killer's thoughts were way to deranged to be someone close to Eve and for her not to pick up on that.

Yes, both the brothers were on my radar. But I think this was a red herring and the author threw this in to muddy the waters. And also the constant discussion about how they wanted the money from the Estate.

I gave serious consideration to him being involved. But, Eve had seen the guy following her and didn’t recognize him so I abandoned that line of thinking after a while.
