I think I'm going for 5 stars, because there has never been a classic that kept me hooked from start to end and this definitely has made me want to try out other classics I've been procrastinating on!

Since Goodreads doesn’t have half stars like StoryGraph and i use both I’m gonna have to stew on it lol. Either way it’ll prob be 5 bc I usually round up on here😂 some parts were just like “wrap it up babe” but also it’s a classic so I might just look past it.

But 10000x better than WH. And I have a stack of the classics I kept after high school and I’ve debated on going back and seeing if I still have the same opinions on the ones I loved and hated but.. eh😂😂 a million books are on the tbr so we shall see

ok so now that the Goodreads Choice Awards thingy is up, I think I'm gonna binge read some of the books from there that are also on my tbr, so I hope you don't mind if we take a buddy reading break!

Im making my Christmas list and it’s currently just a kindle (still debating 😭) and books. Idek what else to add at this point I’ll just say money I guess. It’s so sad that the older I get the less I can think of gifts. But watch on December 26th I’ll think of something I wanted right after 😂😂😭😭 it’s sick

I normally just get money lol, one of my aunts always gets me some kind of amazing planner and beautiful stationary and my other aunt gets me perfume lmao but the rest is just straight up money so honestly, Christmas gifts aren't even a surprise for me anymore but I still love it

I guess it's kind of also because my b-day is two weeks before christmas (and my other cousin is also born on my b-day and the other one a few days later) so there really isn't time to go around buying everyone a million gifts, so they just settle with cash 😂😂

Seee I usually get whatever gifts and then money because my mom gives me a budget, it’s usually the same every year and whatever gifts I pick deduct from it and I get the leftovers but😭😭😭 idk I love like opening gifts so last year I picked out like $300 worth of stuff to make my apartment cute and then took the leftover money, but now I don’t have an apartment currently so😂😂😭 wasted, in boxes until next year lol

I was just trying to think of some actual gifts and I’m failing so bad. I want nothing I guess :( or I want stuff sporadically throughout the year and can’t just come up w it all at once. *sobs*

Ah… fair. My dad’s birthday is the 23rd and my grandma’s both have birthdays in December but the most of us are spring/summer babies so😂😂

Also, I really want to read Malibu Rising and I think you loved it? If you confirm, I'll get started on it ASAP

And yes! Yes! Yes! TJR is so good. I really loved that one. I like messed up families as bad as that sounds 😭 hopefully you like it, it seems hit or miss tbh but most people I follow have felt the same as me!
