Sci-Fi. Younger humans including hero are being loaded on an alien transport ship and he captures the ship by rushing up to the cockpit and killing the 3? crew. Read 2010-2015.

He figures out how to take off but the ship is remotely diverted to a higher level alien ship where he learns the ship of the lowest level aliens that are bumbling goffers. Lowest level alien mothership is stripping water etc from earth.

Can we eliminate Boffin Boy & the Invaders from Space by David Orme?

Thx but not Boffin Boy.Hero is the typical brash type which works out well because the aliens are not that smart and relied on tech(found?) to establish their place in a hierarchy of a not so intelligent universe.He was part of a draft into service at a certain age and being loaded into space shuttles in a large field .He goes on to outsmart aliens and steal tech to raise earths place in the hierarchy.

As a kindle unlimited user since 2015 I've read a LOT of sci fic series based on the more books&pages the better. I've gone through my downloads and rather long returned list but cannot find this series. The list does not seem to be complete though? but we can safely assume? that it is or was part of kindle or kindle unlimited sci fi as a series of books. It may have been on a pdf download pre unlimited now that I think about it. I wish I had more detail but it has been too many pages ago but I think it was the humor that made me think of it.
